Second Grade News

We had such a great week last week. Two students were selected each day for morning prayers, intentions, and announcements. They did a WONDERFUL job! We celebrated St. Therese on Thursday morning and had two students lead the prayers, one student present a flower to the statue, and one other set an intention for the whole school. Sister Ellen Rose the superintendent of the Diocese was present. The students were on their best behavior and were great role models for the students throughout the school.

We have many exciting things planned in the next few weeks. Please keep an eye out for the Remind messages coordinating the Halloween Party. We will begin our classroom writing project.

My student progress should open this coming week for grades. We will have parent/teacher conferences in November. I look forward to the upcoming weeks and hope you all had a great weekend!
